6. Use of the Portal and Processing of Healthcare Data
Our website allows healthcare professionals who have purchased AESKUCARE® Food Intolerance, AESKUCARE® Allergy, or AESKUCARE® Gluten Related Disorders Point-of-Care tests to upload test results and create structured reports. These reports visually present test results and include additional information and contextual details.
Purchase and Use of AESKUCARE Tests
The AESKUCARE® test can only be purchased and conducted by healthcare professionals. All necessary instructions for performing the test are included in the test kit itself. The AESKU.CARE Portal serves as an optional add-on and is not part of the test kit itself.
Processed Data
Registration data of healthcare professionals: Name, email address, and professional information. Uploaded test results: Test data is uploaded anonymously. Each test is associated with a specific LOT number. It is the sole responsibility of the healthcare professional to determine whether the test number is linked to a real individual.
Anonymity of Test Data
All test data uploaded to the portal is anonymous, identified only by a specific LOT number. The healthcare professional retains full control over whether the test number is linked to a real person. The responsibility for maintaining and protecting the data and ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws lies entirely with the healthcare professional.
Storage
Test results of end customers are not stored on the portal. After creating the report, it is neither archived nor saved. Healthcare professionals can download the generated report or send it directly to their end customers.
